Upgrades

If you feel your computer is just not doing what you want it to do it may be time for an upgrade !

At your request we will have an engineer contact you to discuss your needs, our prices are very reasonable and you will be quoted the exact cost before any work is done. There is no charge for pick up or delivery if your computer needs to taken away for your upgrade.

All work is guaranteed and ALL New parts have a full year warranty.

Tune Up

Over time your computer may start to slow up or just "crash" a lot ! Those annoying blue screens or recovery notices seem to be popping up more and more frequently. You may have gone a long time without tuning up your computer settings or you may have installed programmes that have messed up your configurations.

If you feel your PC needs a Tune Up we will arrange to have your computer picked up, we will check everything for you, all internal cables, connections and components will be checked as well. Your PC will be returned to you running more efficiently

 

No Call Out Charge & Free Estimates

Unlike most computer repair companies; Galcom Computer Services do not charge for looking at your computer. If you have a problem that needs to be dealt with we will arrange for an engineer to call at your home, you will not be charged for the visit unless any work is done, the full cost will be agreed prior to any work.

We will provide free estimates for all work and no collection or delivery charges will be applied. (Within 20 mile radius; outwith this will be agreed prior to visit)

 

Back Up & Transfer

Backing Up your important files is an essential task to ensure they're safe. Viruses, Spyware, Accidental Deletion or Hardware Failures can wipe out ALL your important Data.

If you are unsure or do not have a back up facility we can do this for you for a small charge, your information can be stored on discs for future reinstallation or transfer to a new PC or hard drive.

Full recovery sets can also be created for total recovery of your PC.
